「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. The concierge was very helpful and communication went flawless. 」

She had me waiting for good 20 min to finish counting her cash register. Her priorities are all messed up. Didn’t even acknowledge my arrival with an eye contact. Totally horrible. 「Pretty good overall. Maintenance was poor on some areas. The pool table in the beach bar had a broken rail and was never fixed the entire time we were there as an example. Food was very good in most restaurants except for the Mexican buffet. We ate there the first night and the waiter got our order wrong and was rude when we corrected him. 」
