「Amazing experience! The food was great and the drinks were tasteful. The staff was very friendly and attention to detail. I had the best experience because of them very welcoming and hospitality unlike no other. Money well spent definitely coming back especially to Playa De Carmen just to stay here. 」

Only thing I’d change is I miss how the wait staff ito come down to the pool and service they don’t do that anymore and there’s not enough chairs and tables at the pool anymore but hopefully they’ll fix that. It looks like they’re working on things. Still very charming the Dive Shop is first class. Just needs a little bit of attention to the details. Hopefully when they’re done with the construction, it’ll all come together again.」

「We went there for my parents 50th anniversary. The elevator was broken, and my parents who were celebrating couldn't walk up the stairs. They did not have an extra room that we could trade until a few days later. Luckily my brother was staying there and we could trade with him for a few days and then they could get us a good room where the elevator was on the other side. We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed it there. It would have been nice though if they had attempted to fix the...
