“Everything was fine, the staff was courteous and attentive. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The VIP upgrade provided by Expedia as we are Gold did us pretty much nothing. The $100 resort credit is very misleading as we were told when booking an add on to one of our excursions (ATV's) that it could be used for that and come to find out that was not the case. We did not receive any of the $100 credit while there. There seems to be poor communication with what each individual knows as one……

“I booked (and payed an additional EUR 8)) for the "Suite" (not the Twin/Double room) to have small cooking place available. However, I got the room without the cooking facility.
Also, the reception staff I had at the counter spoke Spanish only. Her English was limited to a handful of words. It took quite a while to get my pancakes for breakfast so take that into account when you have plans for the day.
