"The hosts were very accomodating when we had to reschedule our dates. We loved our stay! Great property, very comfortable, & perfect location central to Truckee/Donner & Tahoe City. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. We used the outdoor hot tub twice, which was amazing. We also rented ebikes & rode to Tahoe City! Village was pretty quiet due to off season visit but great shops & restaurants & im sure it would be an even better experience during ski season right in the middle of the action. Highly recommend! "I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was more than satisfied by the staffs' kindness and ability to make swaps/changes to get me into my room a bit earlier, on a weekend that was very busy for the hotel nonetheless. The staff was beyond kind, caring and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Olympic Village! "
