There was no staff to be seen on the premises but the online check-in was very easy and informative. Checking out was also just as easy as checking in and the property was really close to the lake which I thought was a plus

There were glasses, cups, paper plates and plastic utensils and a pod coffee maker with pods so it had a minimally supplied kitchen. It did have a frig and microwave though. Not the best area for restaurants but there was a pizza and breakfast place nearby. Safeway was close. The room was clean. There's no staff; it's a contactless place after all. This hotel was ok.

Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!

Clean room, extra included amneties like soap, sponge, paper plates, utensils and cups aside from the basic hotel room. The ADA room had ample table space and white bedding and multiple pillows were clean and comfortable. Driveway for access to the room was super helpful.
