「This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. 「Awful experience. This hotel should be a ONE star. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts in my life and this has to be one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t alone during my check in, as there was a cockroach checking in beside me on the lobby floor. I told the front desk immediately… the bathroom was full of insects (silverfish), cockroach on my balcony, and despite the hotel advertising that they had Air Conditioning, the AC was not yet turned on (apparently they turn it on in May)....
