location, balcony view, good preparation for cold weather [heater, inverter aircon] , very clean, top WiFi, super new& well equipped kitchen the interior of the apartment is modern and clean, no frills or weird deco crap, which I really appreciated ...very little soundproofing so if neighbours are there, you hear them.

Great little apartment with stunning views

Had a great week in Port de Soller as Es Niu. It's a loverly, clean, modern apartment with great sea views. Just a short (hilly) walk to the beach, cafes and bars.

Velbeliggende lejlighed - fantastisk udsigt fra altanen. Kort afstand til indkøb og restauranter. Vi kommer meget gerne igen en anden gang. Alt er rent og pænt.

Great place to stay

Very clean/tidy with a very modern feel. Great location in the port but if you can’t handle a steep climb you may want to think twice (it was fine for us). Superb view from smallish (but adequate) balcony with sun all morning and into the afternoon. Quiet. Highly recommended.
