「This place was brand new, We may have been the 1st to stay in it. Clean neat everything needed was provided.Location was a bit off the beaten path.」

We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great! As it is part of a hotel, one can have all the amenities, like room service or a restaurant in-house, where one can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the lower ground floor there is also a bar. 「It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.」

「Nice property located very close to the pier and the shore. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best location to stay. We were given earplugs on arrival but we didn’t need them, we were able to sleep well with the music. Internet was ok, most of the time unstable signal. 「terrible communication the entire process. We thought it was in San Marcos as the listing said. We didn't sleep the entire time as it was so noisy. There was mold throughout the entire shower and it was filthy as well as cold. terrible 」
