“UNSAFE: the manager lily sells alcohol in the resort and many people comes and are drunk just next to the cabin. NOT CONFORM regardind the description: No wifi, no fan, no mosquito net, no fridge. And not possible to visit Kolombangara reserve as they propose it in the brochure. SUPPLEMENTARY FEES, they ask you to pay more at the end of the stay. They dont respect Hotel.com contract. BAD HYGIENE and POOR KITCHEN, no filtered water. THREATENING ATTITUDE: lily was agressive when asking to pay……

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and definitely enhanced my experience. The rooms were outstanding and large in size, although there was no hot water, due to the hot climate this was not an issue.”
