  • Cozy red painted cottage with balcony facing west and towards the evening sun. It is located 50 m from the sea at Vljeviken in Sölvesborg. Beautiful common green area facing the sea. Swimming possible from the jetty, or from the raft or the small sandy beach. In some watercourses you can fish well for perch. Walking distance from the bathhouse and playground. Nearby is the nature reserve Valje. The beautiful peninsula has deciduous forests, consisting of several hundred year old oaks and thick beeches, is a popular destination for hikers. Here is also to discover a rich flora and fauna. The house is built in 2017.
