Friendly and service oriented staff. Nice clean room with heated floors which is very comfortable wintertime. Good breakfast buffet with what you would expect in a Swedish hotel. Actually over expectation for this small hotel. Free parking just in front of the hotel. Free coffee fika all day in lobby. Overall nice atmosphere with chill music playing in lobby and breakfast area.

OK, but with a big caveat

Cute little B&B in a neighborhood not too far from the city center. The room was comfortable and the 24-hour coffee was appreciated. Breakfast was only OK - not a lot of options. The big negative was the shower which was basically unusable. It consisted of a small, stepped tub, less than 1/m square on two levels. Neither level was big enough to comfortably stand in or turn around. It was actually pretty unsafe. Note that there is no one there after 6, so you have to get in touch with them if you arrive after that to arrange for a door code. With a non-Swedish phone #, that was a little inconvenient. There is also not much around in terms of activities, sites, or even restaurants.

Ett fantastiskt hotell som överträffade våra förväntningar! Den vackert renoverade byggnaden har en unik charm och en spännande historia som gör vistelsen extra minnesvärd. Personalen är mycket vänlig, serviceinriktad och får en verkligen att känna sig välkommen. Läget är perfekt – bara en kort promenad till centrum, men ändå lugnt och rofyllt. Här får man det bästa av två världar. Rummen är trivsamma och hela hotellet håller en hög standard med en personlig och hemtrevlig känsla. Detta är utan tvekan ett av våra absoluta favorithotell, och vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt.
