"Rooms were clean, the staff were all polite professional and friendly. The buffet was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit and freshly baked breads and pastries. The coral reef near the hotel was spectacular and filled with the most beautiful marine life, so definitely pack a good snorkel."

"Hotel is not the newest but is reasonably maintained and kept clean. The location with sandy access to the sea and coral reefs just offshore is superb. Sunbeds were never a problem. Unlike many similar hotels the food is actually very hot from the Bain Marie’s - there are also hot plate, BBQ and Pasta freshly cooked stations giving a great selection of food to choose from; as common to Egyptian hotels the fruit selection is limited, but there is plenty of what there is. Four speciality restaurants, Soho and Exclusive venues being particularly good, set off the food scene. The staff are friendly, Bassem on reception along with his colleagues are efficient and responsive; overall good value for money."

"Rooms are renovated, well maintained and kept clean all the time. Staff is very helpful except for the overwhelmed staff at check-in maybe due to Eid vacation rush. However generally the staff was very helpful. Breakfast has wide variety and superb quality. Everything is good except for the coffee in terms of quality and accessibility. Facilities are well maintained, however more entertainment is needed by the beach side."

"We had a perfect time at Jaz. It is very family friendly and my kids loved the water slides that they didn’t even swim in the sea. Staff are all very attentive and helpful. The buffet food was beyond our expectations that we love it more than those specialty restaurants that you need to make reservations. We even skipped our last reservation went directly to the buffet since they change items every day and taste better. The only recommendation is that there is not even one restaurant open all day . All the restaurants close during certain hours during the day at the same that that you can only grab snack from the bars. For our family who usually only eat two meals a day that is very inconvenient and we have to wait a long time for the restaurant to open to get a real meal. Otherwise bring some mosquito repellent. It would be a beautiful stay for families."
