“My family loves this cabin! There is something about it that is difficult to describe, but you feel it as soon as you walk in the door. Wonderful original details, thoughtful provisioning, the way the light moves through the space; it just feels really good to be there! The game room, the record player, and the well stocked kitchen provide plenty to do even if you never venture out, but there’s quite a bit to do in the area year-round including some beautiful hikes very close by. “Place was very clean and just the right size for two couples. Host was attentive for any needs. Due to the recent snow dump only one direction of the road was open. Make sure you gps about 30 minutes out while you still have signal so the other route is visible. Rental is about 30 minutes drive to seven springs ski resort. Recommended SUV with either AWD/4x4 during winter conditions. Grade can be steep and more difficult to navigate. Quiet, secluded area. Bring snacks,food and drink. Everything……

“The cabin was nice and large. The description originally had a queen and double in one room. No e of the rooms had two beds. The bathroom had a strange odor. Hot tub and outdoor porch were excellent. Thanks for letting us book another night. ”

“Tracy was an amazing host. We rented this for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding just down the road from her lovely home. She went above and beyond what is normally required of a host and she met all of our expectations. She was very quick to respond to any of our emails, and she made our stay so pleasant. “The amenities were wonderful and the host was very receptive. We had the very minor misfortune of loosing power while we were there but the host was very responsive and coordinated with us very quickly. The power came on a couple of hours later and we had flashlights with us so we were fine overall. The host checked in on us and made sure we were ok during the outage. We had snow our last day and the kids Really enjoyed the snow molding toys available at the cabin. ”

“I cannot recommend Moose Cabin enough! If you are thinking of booking, do it with confidence. The location is perfect (5 minute drive to Hidden Valley) in a private neighborhood. The yard is great, with a firepit and hot tub on the patio. We arrived during a power outage and decided to wait it out. We are so glad we did and the owners were helpful and responsive to our concerns. They even brought us wood for the stove to help us keep warm. Then they immediately fixed the hot tub after the……
