“Balcony - Lg room”

“整體感覺不錯，環境清潔，工作人員很專業、禮貌！”

“The night clerk directed us to the wrong unit so we wasted an hour looking for unit.”

“Hotel was generally clean and the room was definitely comfortable. But the property's drab and dark hallways need a refresh. In general, the beige & brown look is somewhat depressing. I would say this hotel offers a clean, comfortable room experience, but the decor is dated.”

“We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢”

“The laminate floor that was throughout the room had missing pieces, the bathroom had rust and moldy/pealing spots. The bed was awful and the pillows were basically decorations. We had to ask for extra pillows they were so small and were were only allowed 2 extra. There was a big room off the lobby where you could see it was just a junk room. It looked so unprofessional. There was a big spot for breakfast/coffee, but a sign was posted that they no longer serve it due to a name change. It might……

“服務好的衛生也好 早餐如果可以更多選擇更好”

“Rooms were clean, Private bath. Shared kitchen and living room which made for great company and the meeting of new friends. Met one couple at 7pm and chatted until after midnight. Not much in area for restaurants but you have use of the kitchen to reheat, cook or store food. Beautiful river on one side and the train line on the other. Ear plugs provided if you don't like the sounds of trains or you can watch the 103 cars go by. An interesting find with easy access after property provided……

“Hampton Inns are consistently top shelf!”

“Great place great people”

“We booked this last minute, and while the location is very nice, the name is a bit misleading. It’s not actually "on the lake". Our “lakefront view” offered only a small glimpse of water in the distance through the trees, and there’s no direct lake access unless you drive through the neighborhood. Be sure to check operating hours—the lodge was closed during our stay, so we didn’t get the full experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the mattress was……

“Unprepossessing. A basic motel. Clean enough, a bit musty smelling but not distractingly. Facade a bit time worn, as is the wall-to-wall carpeting. Very helpful receptionist.”
