There was blood on the curtains. There was also a dirty socks next to the bed. It looks like no one cleaned the room in a while. Although the hotel was fully empty, the receptionist put us in the worst room.

Excellent staff, nice comfortable room, easy check-in and check-out. Please note: I had trouble going down to the lobby in the morning due to four factors: [1] the elevators are very slow, [2] one of the few elevators was out of service, [3] there were a large number of construction workers filling the elevators, so the wait for a useable elevator was 10 to 15 minutes (and I had a plane to catch), [4] the stairs do not go the the lobby; theyā€™re only for emergency exit (I tried, and had to climb back up to my floor to wait for the elevator again ā€¦ Argh!) Other than that, I had a nice stay ā€¦ Thank you!

Upon entry I was informed that no reservation was made/found in the system. About 15 minutes of me sharing my confirmation, a manager arrives and ends up finding it stating that the confirmation I showed them on their site was off somehowā€¦ Just left a wedding in the area so was too tired to vent that the room looked super basic for the $324/night it costed and smaller than what it looked in the pic. Also, the sink in the bathroom was slow/clogged and the AC unit was loud which was def an issue overnight (sleep)

We checked in at 4 pm and walked into what felt like a chaotic nightclub. Music was blasting and people lingered everywhere. The desk reception was disorganized and employees grouped together. It looked like maybe there were a couple of conferences and reunions going on. It was difficult to hear the receptionist. She gave us our key and announced weā€™d be on the second floor. She mentioned the restaurant would be open soon. People were at the bar and again, the music was deafening. We went up to our floor and there were pretzels crushed everywhere in the elevator with snacks dumped on the floor all over. Several girls in soccer uniforms were running up and down the hall screaming. I went back downstairs to buy ear plugs. I asked the same reception if we had paid for breakfast and she said we could get a complimentary breakfast (we actually had already paid for breakfast). She told me check out time was at 11 am (I think itā€™s noon). There is no coffee or tea maker in the room. A group of 15 girls were sitting outside our room making noise, then went into the stairwell and room next door and were yelling. I went back downstairs for dinner and heard the construction which explained the loud music. Service in the restaurant was excellent. I am highly disappointed we are staying here. My daughter has an exam early tomorrow morning and I am concerned about the volume of the other guests. Unfortunately the price paid is absolutely not reflective of the service and quality of the hote
