“Great place to stay in Brisbane. The apartment ist spacious and clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly, we had a great chat with Isabella.”

“The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks.……

“Kitchen without salt and pepper, try call said is not provide. One bedroom have air-con. Another one is without air-con. Try call but still not working.”

“Room smelt funny, was being masked with a fragrance machine. After some investigating it was the washing machine, mold in the seals. Smell hung around whole trip. Very quick walk to the river this was amazing. Beautiful gardens to the pool. Saw some lizards that made our daughters day seeing them. Pool area very tidy and kids had fun playing there ”

“The apartment living room and one of the bedroom air conditioning doesn’t work they said will find the technician come to fix it but no one come also the bathroom ceiling was damaged and a lot of small insects come out , that’s a horrible experience I ever have ”
