「This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.」

「This was the perfect stay in Palma! A beautiful quiet street close to everything with incredible staff and very modern and comfortable rooms. I had a room overlooking the inner courtyard and it was perfect. The rooftop was a nice escape as well. The staff was 100/10. I cannot speak highly enough about everyone who worked the front desk. Amazing advice and impeccable service.」

「It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.」
