「Location is good. Cleaning service quite good. For the rest, staff are relatively cold and will seldom look at you when you walk in or out. Breakfast choice very limited and even in the early morning many things go out and not quickly updated. Short stay OK.」

Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」
