“The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills. The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. “My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city. The beds were comfortable and the house was so clean. Our host Andrea Gallo was a joy. He brought us a video of the making……

“c'era un problema con internet, tuttavia il proprietario stava cercando di risolverlo. Torneremmo sicuramente assumendo che internet sia stato risolto.la zona è molto carina, il mare è pulito e il pesce delizioso. Il Museo e la visita alla Villa di Tiberio fatto per una deviazione interessante.”

“Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.”

“Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.”

“Super Lage, Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man ist mit dem Zug super schnell in Rom oder auch Neapel. Und man braucht gerade mal 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand”

Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili.
