“Lovely and tranquil”

“We had a great visit of family for mom's 89th birthday...great place to gather. We wanted mom to have the master suite, but that bed was too high for her...I had to "suffer" with that room :) Spent time hanging out on the back patio...birthday dinner at the Steak Out was excellent...another dinner at Tia Nita's Cantina was great pizza and beer (and sandwiches). A couple winery visits, tour of the Titan Missile Silo and a quick drive up to Parker Canyon Lake rounded out our time. We found……

“Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!”

“The home interior has been newly renovated with new furnishings, and a well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is very walkable and the neighbors were very friendly. The owners provided memberships for Green Valley Recreation (GVR) for all four of us, and were very respectful and responded immediately when we had a question. The east GVR center is a short drive and has a great pool, workout room, pickleball courts, and community hall, which houses numerous……

“It was good but did have trouble with key in lock and door knob sticking when trying to enter. Spike to property manager regarding the door and key. Otherwise everything was fine.”
