“My wife and I stayed at Hotel Starc for three nights in April 2024. The Hotel is great, modern, and perfectly located in the city center, overlooking the main shopping street (though major construction next door during our visit meant we had to walk around the construction site – not a big deal). The room was very modern and had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing; I think the hotel designer was obsessed with bathrooms! It seems the bathroom was designed, and then the room was built……

“+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.”

“The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. ”

“櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。”

“Las instalaciones son impresionantes, estuvimos en la suite familiar, superamplia tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño, muy completos. En cuánto a limpieza no la he puntuado muy positiva porque debajo de la cama encontramos envoltorios y cajas vacías de juguetes, y por el suelo de la habitación pequeños cristales. Aparte de eso, todo perfecto con excepción del spa, viajamos con dos niñas de 3 y 8 años, la pequeña no podía entrar por edad y con la mayor no pudimos porque el horario……

“Nous y avons passé une nuit. Notre chambre donnait sur la route mis aucun bruit. Nous avons entendu du bruit mais surtout de l'intérieur des portes qui claquent. Chambre grande avec une salle de bain spacieuse mais dommage le lit n'était pas aussi grand. Petit déjeuner buffet, très variés en salés et sucrés. Personnel très agréable, serviable et souriant. ”

“Ha ido muy bien, el hotel está bien cuidado, muy limpio. La única pega es el precio del parking, un poco caro en mi opinión. ”

“Todo estab muy bien excepto que el sofa cama era muy muy incomodo, si vas con un niño pequeño duerme en la habitación y los adultos en el sofá cama que era muy incomodo y mas cuando estasunos dias”

“Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings”
