Perfect for a one-night stay!

Perfect for a one-night stay! Great location and excellent directions provided by the hotel. Covered parking is available (for an extra fee), which is very convenient. It feels more like a house with separate rooms, so you can hear other guests, but for one night it’s totally fine.

Building was kind of hard to find because of google map showed that we were on that place but it was on the side back of the street. Also, the building is old but the rooms are modern, state of the art and super clean. Walking distance for restaurants, local bus and terminals. Overall, I am really satisfied with my stay.

Room was clean, could use updates to the spaceship shower/tub combination. Staff was friendly Free breakfast was adequate to get your day started. Location was a few minutes walk to Piazza Tasso where all the action is Taxi stand was a few minute walk....taxis were not always available but it was there incase.

The location was quiet and very convenient. There is a laundry mat very close by. Check-in was easy and we were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours after check-out before our bus left. I would happily stay again.

Two night stay in Sorrento

My husband and I really enjoyed our recent stay here. The location was amazing, the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Absolutely gutted we missed the incredible looking breakfast, but this was due to us heading out super early on the first day and being in a rush on the second. Would highly recommend this hidden gem of a B&B!

Fine for a night

Great location but had difficulty checking in. The directions aren’t great and Google maps is wrong. Once in, they didn’t have the bed configuration we had requested and the shower was rubbish!

Vhome was very clean with spacious rooms compared to some areas in Italy...the staff spoke broken english but enough to communicate and were extremely kind. Price was very reasonable for the service and area.Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. Toilet seat is broken and lose. I find it agonising and frustrating every time we want to use it. 1 small lift for a multi storey building is insufficient. Once we had to climb up to 3rd floor after a late night out and waiting for a lift for a long time. Has a variety of choices for breakfast but the place is too small to accommodate the number of people. Overall, we don’t feel that safe at this hotel simply because the reception is not locked, unattended, isolated and anyone can just walk in.

Beautiful stay. The Sorrento is wonderful.

The accommodation is in a very good location. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was very good. It had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast was not very rich and the place where it was served was very small with few tables in relation to the number of rooms. The staff was very polite. Be careful, there are no good instructions regarding check in.We went and found others waiting outside the front door of the building. The building also has other rooms and apartments for rent and we didn't know which floor to go to. We called the manager who wasn't there but he told us which floor to go to and that a folder with instructions would be waiting for us. It was o.k The hotel was chosen because it had private parking. We called again to ask where the parking was. We were not given good information so we parked in the wrong place. In the morning a lady woke us up and told us that there was a problem.My husband came down to see what was going on. We had parked in the area of ​​other rented apartments, fortunately the lady was very kind and after paying the agreed price she indicated the correct parking space which was in another part of the building. I did not like this experience but all athers are very good.

Firstly, we booked the hotel and found out when we got there it was the same as a 3 star hotel, which is the floor we were put on. You could hear people in other rooms, the room was very bright (nothing other than light curtain over sliding doors), they didn’t clean well between days, we had stains on our pillow cases, and the shower knob was broken. They stuck a wood screw in the handle that you had to push up and down to turn it on and off and couldn’t change the temperature with. The drain also didn’t drain so you’d be standing in a pool of water 2 minutes into your shower. The lid to the garbage was also broken. The website also said it had laundry but it did not. It did have a nice view, and was in a good location, and the breakfast was pretty good, so we were happy with that, but that’s about it.

Just don't bother!

The only positives are the fact that the bed was quite comfy & the male on reception was super lovely & helpful. The negatives.. - We arrived on Monday (a public holiday) and the shower didn't work properly, none of the settings worked, the door didn't close whatsoever and had come off the runners, not did the slider to fix the height. We were told this would be fixed on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. We left on Friday - nobody came to fix it. - We used our coffee cups in the room on the first day. There's nothing to clean them with. They weren't replaced for the duration or our four night stay. - The female on reception who also cleans and helps with breakfast is extremely rude. We tried to pay on check out (as advised when we checked in) and were quite literally *shouted* at in Italian because they'd already taken payment from my credit card. Again, we were told to pay by card on checkout and were trying to do the right thing. You're shouting at us for trying to make sure we've paid our bill?! I asked to take a photo of a receipt to prove we'd tried to pay and she shouted at me some more. We were shouted at even more & tutted at for not having the right change for the tax. All in all, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was so nice. A variety of bread, hams, salamis, eggs, cheeses, veg, fruit, and drinks were served. The location is nice. The station and port are walkable (about 10 to 15 mins walk). There are cafe, bakery and pizzalia within 3 mins by walk.
