We really enjoyed our time at Villa Lisa and Maurizio [the owner] was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa. We loved the dogs!! Everything was done very efficiently and all went according to plan so we were delighted with Summer In Italy.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The villa itself was outstanding and the location was definitely "far from the madding crowd", yet close enough that shopping was just a 15 minute drive away from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, the nearest village. Excellent service and back-up. I can't think of any improvements!

The villa is truly a haven of peace

The villa is truly a haven of peace. We came with friends. The villa has everything you need to have an excellent stay, both indoors and outdoors. The owners were very welcoming and responsive. They were able to adapt and advise us on great activities. I highly recommend it. Summer in Italy is very active, attentive and has very good communication.

The villa offered a rustic experience with beautiful views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius

The villa offered a rustic experience with beautiful views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius. Though the home does not offer air conditioning, the many trees keep the property shaded and cool. Nights are very comfortable and required multiple covers. Maurizio and Licia were great hosts. They were always available and helpful in answering questions and giving recommendations. They connected us with a reliable driving service that transported us from the airport in Rome and to various other places around Sorrento. Also Maurizio connected us to a reasonably priced boat touring company to view the Almafi Coast, Blue Grotto, and Capri by the sea. On our first night we asked for a welcome meal, at an additional cost, and the food prepared by Maurizio and Licia were some of the best dishes we had during our 10 day stay in Italy. Definitely request Licia's lasagna and Maurizio's grilled calamari. We really enjoyed our time at this property and in Sorrento.
