「The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!」

「I’m not happy cause not organized and there policy not accurate」

「下了飞机就看到酒店工作人员拿着姓名牌来接机，这点非常感谢。酒店前台非常好，很nice，房间很小，基本没什么设施，但面对马荣火山倒也不错，没有电梯，行李拿起来有点费劲，没有被子，只有薄薄的一张床单，这点真心不习惯，我只能穿着卫衣睡觉，不然太冷了。」

「Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food. 」
