「It's a beautiful hotel indeed, with a lot to offer: a historical embience, elegant decor, spacious rooms, convenient location (both Duomo & Fontana di Diana are within a 10-min walk), simple yet adequate breakfast....
But all these good qualities are offset by a lack of maintenance of its facilities (shower head that seems like breaking down and keeps leaking water from its handle, air conditioner that shuts itself down within 30 mins of operation...) .

「FANTASTIC!!! What a gem of a find. Wonderful young man at the front (Nicolas? I already forgot). He took care, and I mean he cared, about everything he could help with. Great customer care and personality. Loved the room and view out the back window. Quiet, clean, comfy, and within walking distance to Ortegia and / or the hop on hop off bus. Great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend Crudo!」

「Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit dort. Der Gastgeber und das Personal war super freundlich immer erreichbar und sehr zugutekommen keine Wünsche werden nicht erfüllt.
Die Anlage wird jeden Tag gesäubert und in Schuss gehalten.
Die Anlage selbst ist ein Traum für jeden entspannten Urlaub mit Palmen Pool und chill Lounge ruhig
Die Lage war super sehr ruhig legen aber doch sehr zentral alles ist schnell erreichbar gewesen.

「Vacanza stupenda. Eravamo 4 famiglie con bambini al seguito in totale 15 persone. Ogni famiglia aveva il proprio bagno a servizio. I ragazzi si sono divertiti molto grazie alla piscina all'idromassaggio e al biliardo. La spiaggia di fontane bianche a pochi metri è molto bella sabbia bianca fondale basso e acque trasparenti...una meraviglia. 「Great location. Great place for family. The owner was very generous, he brought us croissants twice while we were there. The kitchen was stocked with essentials upon our arrival.
