This wonderful 2 bedroom detached villa is situated in the coastal area of Ayia Thekla within only a 500 meters from the sea. The character of property is excelled by quality and emphasises the quiet and relaxing location of the small complex where villa is situated. A combination of modern and traditional architecture makes this holiday villa the perfect place for families and friends. The centre of famous Ayia Napa is 7km away. As one enters the villa, he will find a large living area including kitchen, dining and setting areas. Outdoors are characterized by a large swimming pool and mature garden. There are two good size bedrooms to comfortably accommodate four persons. This villa is fully equipped and has everything you will need for relaxing and sun-filled holiday.

Beautiful villa in Ayia Napa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Louisa with our family of four. The property inside and out is very well kept and had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a nice size with high ceilings and big windows. Air conditioners in every room and working well. We made some meals at home and had everything we needed to cook and a dishwasher to help make things easier for clean up! The property is only 10 mins from the nice beaches in Ayia Napa. The area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
