“The hotel is in a lovely setting. Pool area is beautiful. They had cold beer available which is not always the case in Morocco. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Five star staff service. Highly recommend.”

“Ismail is a legend. You will be treated like family in this establishment. We attended as part of earthquake relief however we plan to come back on vacation.”

“Internet was not working well in my room ”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”

“Unfortunately my roon was too Noisy for six days' of my holiday.Also the amenities where of a poor standard.”

“Room is alright does the job. However no kettle and no microwave was a bit difficult for warm water.”

“The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient.”

“The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. The location was pretty ideal too, seeing as it’s not far from the Main Street in Agadir and also the beach. It was also pretty clean, for the most part. Now for the negatives. Firstly I entered my room, which has no towel, no kettle, one coat hanger and one glass (which was filthy and had cement at the bottom of it). The staff member quickly got me a……

“Hotell var i dålig skick, jag fick byta själv till en annan hotell och betala igen. Jag tycker att den behöver renoveras på nytt, den är inte beredd att ta gäster. Väldigt dålig och möbler är slitna och i dåligt skick. Tyvärr att jag förlorade mina pengar på den.”
