    In a residence in Soustons beach located near the Marin lake (800m) and the ocean (1km) you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September, playground, bowling alley, ping-pong table, laundry and bike rental.
    Immediate access to cycle paths that allow you to move around easily
    At the lake water activities such as paddle, pedal boat, sailing 5 minutes by bike.
    Free yego shuttle bus to the centre or the ocean present from July 1st to 1 Septemberst: nearby stop located 5 minutes walk
