「It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.」

「The Bluebird Motel isn't fancy but it's clean and comfortable. As the only hotel within an easy drive of Eastport and Lubec that will take a dog it's a good choice for pet owners who want to visit the northernmost coast of Maine..」

If I needed to be picky, the downside would be that they should have had a small table in the room and specify that the balcony is shared and there are no chairs or anything. I was looking forward to sitting out there with some privacy and enjoying a coffee. That didn't happen. There are some chairs in the grass court, but the feeling is like everyone else in the hotel would be looking at you.」

「Loved the location and fun seeing deer every evening! We did bike trips and hikes all around Acadia area. Drove a little but loved coming back after our fun day. Thankful for this place of rest.」

「Great place to stay! View was fantastic. Staff were very helpful in every way. Only real complaint is that they should have had umbrellas for the picnic tables at each cabin. I’d recommend this place to family and friends!」

「Place was clean upstairs and had a nice view out the back windows, however, the place was mis-represented: the TV nor DVD player are connected for reception, although the internet did work well so bring your own ROKU stick; the management service is over priced and was no help. The basement bedroom is musty, damp and smelly, not really usable. The bath water was brown.」

「Scary. Huge black spiders in the bathtub. Very uncommunicative check-in, no info on property, trash, or any services. If you are over 55 and don't know much about streaming services, forget TV. Handle broke off of door fridge and wardrobe. Tiny bathroom counter even though the space is huge. Not a very efficient layout. This might work for some, but not for us.」

「We had a very nice stay. The view of the inlet with all the lobster boats was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock/water access as well - our kids were able to spend some time fishing and even waded in the water. The drive is a little far to Acadia (a little over an hour) but we were still able to use the rental home as a base for visiting the National Park.」

「It was very peaceful there, the backyard has a little fire pit and some chairs which is perfect for star gazing. Sky is amazing. The beach is right down the street, fun for the kids. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Any questions I had I got a quick reply. We were happy.」

「The online pictures gave the impression you had access to the waterfront you do not. There is a bank that drops off with no way down. The house is nice, but the bathrooms are small.」
