“The unit was clean an orderly, however, the old carpet leaves an old mold ordor. I went to a store to purchase Febreze and Air Wick Plug Ins to mask the smell of carpet ordor. The bed linen and towels left a feeling of particialy clean due to the smell of detergent of choice used to clean bed linen and towels. In fact I use Febreze to spray down bed linen and I was unable to wash my face & body with towels and found myself washing towels prior to use, due to I could smell the use of towels of……

“We really loved our stay at this house with group of our friends. This place was just perfect, newly renovated and exactly looked like it is in pictures. The house has everything needed from games in basement to the cozy beds to rest at night. Host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. Recommended nearby places to explore and we had a great getaway overall. I would stay here again when in town. 10/10!!”

“This place was great. So much space, it was clean and super quiet area. It was close to everything we needed and our host responded within minutes of request. If you have kids tons of space with pool. We travel year round coast to coast for lacrosse tournaments using vrbo. This house by far one of the best. We will be back!”

“The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.”

“Had 5 old 65+ year old college friends into town for a Cubs game, card playing, reuniting big eating weekend. The house was perfect. Very clean and presentable with every amenity we were looking for. 5-star place. Thank you very much!!!!”

“This duplex was perfect for my three sons and myself. We stayed five days to attend one of my son’s Navy Graduation! House was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed, was a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors? Close to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to have the owners secure the rugs, they are very slippery. ”

“Property is clean, spacious and has all the essential needs for a family vacation. Just little things that weren’t deal breakers but would suggest to make stay more pleasant. Wood floor is way too squeaky, understandable some noisy but any little movement upstairs by bedrooms you would wake up everyone. Bathroom downstairs started leaking into the laundry room. Temperature in the basement couldn’t be regulated, it was way more cold than upstairs. Plates in the kitchen didn’t look clean, would be……
