The property was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to places we wanted to visit. Great access to the beach. Fenced area made it easier to keep our dogs safe and happy.

Clean, convenient, and perfectly located beach getaway for our young family. Property owner was so friendly and the home was amazingly well kept and stocked for our short stay. We loved the views and the close walk to the beach as well as the close drive to Newport. The home itself was gorgeous! We would absolutely stay here again.

This property provided plenty of room for our family. It was cozy and clean. The view was amazing and especially loved the access to the beach! Newport was very close by to go and play and eat. Would recommend to stay here and would love to come again.

The location of the home was perfect for going into Newport to eat and be tourists and the semi-private beach allowed for us to feel very comfortable letting the teens and kids roam and explore. The inside of the home was top notch - incredibly comfortable beds, ample appliances and a full coffee bar. The hosts thought of everything and our very practiced in hospitality.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully situated with amazing views. Just a short drive from Newport and all the activities. The beds were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of Kuerig cups to start your morning off right! But that view! It’s a wow. Would definitely return if we come back to Newport area.

Close to great beach, very few people and close to Newport. Really well stocked kitchen. Great for kids and big groups. Heads up there is some construction on the landscaping but wlll look great when done. Also there is no longer a fusball table or bunk bed as pictured. But plenty of room and would stay again!

I wish every house was like this one. The main living and kitchen is upstairs so you will get a little workout, but you'll get one going to the beach too so it's a warm up. :) The beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels, lots of room, and amazing views! My kids wanted to stay forever. In fact when we got to our next destination, they wanted to come back to this one! You won't go wrong staying at this wonderful place!

This is a beautiful spot! Home and layout was wonderful and spacious with the added parking and side yard plus the wrap around deck top and bottom. Large windows and sliding glass doors to bring in that fabulous ocean air. Comfy beds and huge sectional to sink into & snuggle while watching a movie on the big tv. Large table to play games on and laugh for hours! View was amazing in the morning sipping coffee, during the day after taking in the Aquarium just down the road, and capturing the sunset with our phones!! Awesome place!! We hope to come back again soon! Thank you!! And thank you for allowing dogs! Kiwi loved it too!!

Loved the views, the beach walks, the hot tub & house layout. Games at the big table and comfy couch every night. House was clean & kitchen truly well stocked. For people who plan on cooking a lot and love coffee - an additional cookie sheet & larger mugs were the only thing we missed. Stairs to beach were not as steep and long as I thought they’d be from descriptions which was a pleasant surprise. You do have to have low tides to walk the beach in front of house but timing worked out for us. I would definitely rent this house again!
