I was very impressed with the overall design of the hotel. Beautiful, modern architecture. The only drawback was its proximity to major restaurants which made the surrounding area rather loud until around 10:00 pm.

We liked the staff, the breakfast area was nice and the food was fresh and good. The room smelled of water and dirty dog the first two days. There was standing water in the corner of the closet. The chair in the room really needed cleaned, very dirty. The hotel is dated on the outside. The pool needs repainted. We didnt get in pool because there were bandaids in the bottom. Loved the garden on the side of hotel. It is a construction worker hotel. My husband was bitten by something in the bed, but didnt see any bed bugs. The staff did change sheets at request. You can tell it is older but owners were fixing some things.

I was in town for a few days, and this place was convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast selections were good, and the staff was friendly. No real complaints.

At checkin room was not ready. When we came back after a few hours the bed sheets were dirty and took 2 hours to even get a new set. The door lock was broken and tape up. Felt super unsafe.

When I woke up in the morning, I saw bedbugs. I took pictures of it and I told the front desk that the room had bedbugs. I was in a rush to leave in the morning because I had to go to an orientation. I called the hotel back later and asked for a refund which I should have done in the morning. They refuse to give me a refund because they said why did I wait so long to ask for the refund. The room had bedbugs.

I like the fact that they had an outdoor pool, but it was dirty and needed clean and the room was decent, but the carpet was a little dirty and the toilet moved when he sat on it which I didn’t like that at all just needs a few tweaks I will stay in

Property was largely nice but the small details were dirty and worn. Bathtub may have been wiped down in the very bottom, but was clearly filthy around the inside. Hotel room carpet was tacky. General bathroom just felt dirty and uncared for. Loved the tall beds though. Location was super super convenient

I wouldn’t stay again, vending wasn’t available, hassle to go in pool, breakfast run out of stuff and wasn’t replenished for long while. Room smelled musty and moldy floor was soaked on one side of the bed by window. Bathroom was dirty pillowcases on one bed very dirty frig didn’t work. Another customer complained ahead of me and they told him pretty much to bad can’t change rooms was not impressed

Our experience was pretty good for the price we paid. The lobby and common areas were clean. The rooms were maintained. I was disappointed to find out you can’t request extra pillows. I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and was really banking on that to get a comfortable sleep. Not sure how a hotel can’t have extra pillows considering if one in any of the rooms needed replacing, but I managed. The sheets had some stains on them but nothing terribly concerning. The breakfast had a decent selection for hot and cold items. The hotel is in a convenient location.
