Was not up to the usual Comfort Inn standards that I am used to. Lots of minor issues. No towel or clothes hooks in the bathroom; toilet seat loose, mount for body lotion supply not working; bare wires out of the room ceiling--made one wonder if there was a working fire alarm; TV picture was not in focus--no working guide available, very few channels; breakfast Orange Juice not working, breakfast coffee machine "out of order" on a very cold Monday morning. Friendly staff!

Bathrooms were not clean and needed repair. Had to change rooms because TV didn’t work. When we got there we were told they didn’t have our reservation. Breakfast was poor and when something ran out they didn’t refill it. Front of the hotel looked fine, but sides were trashy.

Last minute stay on a one night trip. Booked a room- upon arrival and check in noticed excessive trash in the parking lot. Got our room keys and went to our room. The room was dirty. Garbage left in the room. Beds not made. Asked for a second room. Customer service handled it ok- got us another room. The beds were made and the towels looked to be ok. But underneath the chair was a sticky spilled mess. The pillows were tiny. The window had like 30 stickers that a kid must have stuck on there. Morning breakfast was not great. Kids enjoyed their fruit loops. I almost spit out the coffee it was so bad. We were only there for 8 hours thankfully. would not stay again.

The room was spotless. Front desk staff was very friendly. The grounds were less than desirable as the snow was not cleared, making the walk from the parking lot to the hotel entrance very challenging with luggage. Everything else was great.

We had a late check-in, which was fine until we got into the room. There was something sticky all over the floor by the one bed when I looked under the chair there was a pile of orange juice spilt all over the floor with the orange juice bottles still under the chair you know it was there for a while because it was very tacky also at 4:38 AM. The power went out and never returned. Had the worst night sleep because the power was out and we checked out, very early around 8 AM and walking down the stairs from the second floor in the dark because of no power when we got up to check out the man at the counter, said that he had no idea why the power was out and they would be offering some type of a refund, which I’ve never received or heard from them since we checked out very poor effort on their part would not recommend to stay there

The common areas and the rooms weren't particularly clean. The hotel is under renovation, but the building permit is from last December, and it doesn't seem that much has been done. The renovations that have been done are quite shoddy. Our bed had a sheet that had apparently not been washed but just turned inside out. (We were given a new one). In the morning there was no power in the building, although this was apparently the result of an accident outside of the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV station selection was terrible…only 20 obscure channels and no option to stream from your own account. Woke up to no power in the hotel and no communication from the hotel as to what was going on. Thankfully, I was able to walk down from the third floor and the attendant retrieved my luggage for me. Checked out early.

Was not informed property was under construction. Pool was too cold to swim. Room was clean however the new bathroom tile grout was all over the tiles didnt not look nice. Workers caused power to go out, stayed hour and a half with my grandchildren until it was dark, no eta of restoration before we checked out. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive my refund.

Breakfast area was dirty/contaminated from construction/renovation. Hotel was not even remotely close to being safe or secure. Pretty sure I interrupted a man attempting to break in to a room on the 2nd floor, a few doors down from our room. Never seen a pool area that is completely open, visually, from the check-in lobby. No hint of privacy as a paying guest. Staff was polite, but indistinguishable from construction crew. Room needs MAJOR renovation and/or deep cleaning. Television options are absolutely pathetic.

The breakfast menu consisted of pizza hot pockets and microwavable White Castle burgers one morning and plain bagels and white bread the next morning. No fresh fruit available from what we saw. They are renovating the hotel so there is understandable clutter when you enter the doors, but the room was just dirty. When we stepped out of the shower onto the floor, we would leave behind dirt footprints, and you could visibly see how the floor was not cleaned or washed recently as there were stains and debris and actual dirt caked onto the floor. The tub had a very old sticker still left on from when it was purchased. A poor attempt was made to scrape it off. One of the towels had a visible brown mark that appeared new, not a stain. A kitchenette was listed as being a part of the room but it was a mini fridge and a mini microwave placed in the dresser of the room. The bed was stiff but the pillows were very comfortable and the bed appeared and felt clean, thankfully. The TV did not work upon our arrival because it could not connect to the internet and the WiFi was unusable because the signal was so poor. All members of the staff that we interacted with were very kind and they were helpful when we needed them to fix our TV and update our door key so we could get access to our room on the 2nd night, but the amenities listed aren’t accurate and it was very unclean. The area is nice and safe but I will not stay here again.
