I hardly ever write reviews, but I wish I had been warned how difficult an experience this would be. We rented a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 2 nights, but were only given 1 towel and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. When I called to ask for more I was told to come down to the front desk to get more. However actually finding someone at the front desk to help was frustrating and proved impossible. The 3 different times we went down to find more towels and toilet paper, the “away from desk” sign was displayed and we could not find an employee to help. I ended up tracking down a cleaning cart and getting them myself. Additionally, when the sofa bed was set up, it extended into the furniture opposite it making it impossible to access the bathroom without climbing onto the bed. For a room that cost almost $800 for 2 nights, these oversights and lack of attentiveness seem very unfair. The bright spot was the convenient location and the breakfast attendant who was very kind and went out of his way to help me. Overall this seemed like an understaffed facility with poor space planning that survives due to its excellent location.
