Welcome to The Farmhouse in beautiful South Bend, IN. This home merges unique 1940's Tudor features and modern amenities. We've created an open, comfortable, modern space for large groups of friends and family to gather and celebrate life together.

The large, open concept living and dining rooms comfortably accommodates large groups who want to lay out a spread of food and spend time socializing. Grab a plate, light up the wood burning fireplace, turn on the 60-in Smart TV (cable TV, ESPN, NBC, Bravo, FOX Sports, Netflix, Amazon, local, Pandora music, etc) flip on the sound bar (use it as a Bluetooth speaker!), and kick up your feet.

Enjoy coffee at the sunny breakfast nook dining table as the cooks prep food in our gourmet kitchen (complete with bamboo floors, stainless steel countertops, and professional grade GE stainless appliances). Don’t miss a second of pre-game highlights on the kitchen's 36-in TV!

Dip in to our gorgeous hot tub or hang out with the hot tubbers at our wrap around bar. Relax by the large fire pit while your friends cook out on the gas grill. Later, move to our movie screening lounge in our fully finished basement to enjoy the 110-in HD projector screen.

Sleeping is luxurious with 1,800 thread count sheets, hotel pillows, and down alternative comforters. All bedrooms have 32-in flat screen TV's.
