"We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And ..."
