“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“It was very clean and the air worked very well it was nice and quiet and for the price it was great”

“It was a bad decision! The place is located in a poor neighborhood, and it is unsafe without parking. The bathroom is terrible. The mattress has expired for a long! heat/AC is a surprise. Just don't go. Really! Pay more and go to a better place. This one is too expensive for what you get.”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”

“我們住了兩晚，被安排在42樓，這角度的高樓的景觀，真是太棒了！這個價格還含早餐，真是非常值得！ 房間內有冰箱，但沒有微波爐， 也沒有拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏， 更沒有洗手乳、乳液， 只有沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳，以及一個肥皂， 飯店內雖有瓶裝水，但是是要付費的喔！要注意！不過走廊上都有飲水機、製冰機。”

“This historic hotel is a little gem in the heart of Greenwich Village. Close to Washington Square Park and NYU, it is within walking distance of several restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel itself provides many amenities, like bathrobe, slippers, and umbrella. It also has windows that open for a little fresh air. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The location might be a bit off for those who should love to live in the busy area, but it is 5 min walk to the major line to go to main attraction. The location is quiet and cozy. The room is well designed for the use of the space and the hotel staff just amazingly friendly and helpful. ”
