Gorgeous home, all the bells and whistles. Lovely outdoor deck with space to cook and eat. The home was so spacious and had so much room for all of us to feel comfy. Very clean, organized kitchen and overall great place to stay.

Perfect for nature lovers

Fantastic place for families looking for nature and tranquility. The views from rooms and terrace are wonderful - we had two cranes with a baby walking outside the cottage everyday end of June. Plus, it is a spacious and well equipped place.

We had the most fantastic stay at Huronia. The views are stunning, and the house was immaculate, spacious and bright. They thought of everything at this property and had lots of kitchen equipment we were very thankful for. Really looking forward to another stay here to enjoy those gorgeous sunsets again 😊

Great Weekend retreat!

Amazing communication from the host. When we arrived there was still a big mess outside by the grill, but the host promptly sent someone to clean it up. There were a couple of cleanliness issues, but overall the house was amazing and the view was great. The fire pit was burned out and unusable, as was the grill. And while it says waterfront, there isn't access to the lake on the property. There is access, however, within a two minute drive. The inside of the house and the view of the lake are what make this property great. We would definitely recommend it.

Amazing experience

Nathan provided great hospitality before and during our stay at this beautiful cottage. Great communication and always got back to our questions and concerns. We had a group of 13 and there was more than enough room for all of us without it feeling stuffy. Would definitely recommend for large groups and families looking for cottages in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

Great House but had concerns

I will start by saying that this house is amazing, it was perfect for the amount of people we had there. Check in was at 4, we were unable to get in until after 5. Upon entry there were dead bugs and food on the floors, tables and counters visibly not cleaned, a puddle on the floor in the basement. Some bedding had drool marks, 5 towels were provided for 12 people (we did the laundry). We didn’t want to start our vacation by doing laundry and cleaning but it is what it is. There were no dishwasher pods available, we were told ‘I guess we’re out’, BOTH propane tanks were empty - we got no response until hours after - but we went and got a propane tank. We emailed about our concerns etc with no response. Great house, great location. Questionable cleaning staff, for the amount paid we shouldn’t have had to walk in and have to clean, do laundry, go buy dishwasher pods and deal with the propane tank.

Great House and Beautiful Views

One of the nicest properties we’ve had the pleasure of renting. Brand new, spacious, and well set up for two families (two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms). Great views of the bay and sunsets from the spacious balcony. Overall, a great stay!
