We loved staying here as it was close to Augusta and Gardiner. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The natural stone walk down to the pond was energizing. The fish were definitely jumping. Mid week very quiet and private. Weekend pretty much the same.”

“We didn't spend a lot of time in the cabin, but it was a clean and comfy home base for our travels. Our 5 yr old loved the bunk beds and the toys (and the piano) and had fun finding the little birds and animal decorations throughout the cabin. The cabin is quiet and secluded, but just a short drive from Belfast, which is one of the most charming towns we saw in Maine.”

“Great stay! Clean and new. Mattresses are fantastic we all slept very well. A little out of the way from any big neighboring towns but the area gave great views of the stars since it was so dark and the morning sunrise was astounding amongst the view of the mountains.”

“We had an amazing stay at the property. It was stocked well with all of the essentials that make a rental house easy to enjoy. (Spices, oil, sugar, ziploc bags, extra toothbrushes, wireless speaker, etc.) We brought our 19’ bass boat and caught a few dozen smallmouth and largemouth bass around the pond. Swimming was easy and fun, with brownie points for the steps with handrail that led down into the water. We saw so many loon families and enjoyed their calls. Thank you for a great visit!”

“The picture you show was the owners 1st property and we could not access the property with my elderly family. When I called the owner, he offered me a second option of another property. That is the property I rated. It was very kind of the owner to accomodate us. It was a lit more driving than we intended but the accommodstions were much better for us.”

We had everything we needed. Loved hearing the loons at night. It wasn't too far from Camden that we visited frequently. I hope to come back there some day.”

The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes.
