“Clean, bright, super comfortable apartment right on the water in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic host, David, provided dining and outing suggestions and was very helpful setting up our visit.”

“Excellent location. We didn't receive the check-in details email, but I called the number and the host gave me all the information I needed. Love the tea and coffee and milk on arrival. The units are due for an update but still functional and had everything we needed.”

“Cleanliness and attention to detail was evident in this place. All was provided and the bbq outdoor was fantastic. We had some family come over for lunch it worked out perfect. The location is excellent, a short walk to beach.”

“Overall the stay was fine and definitely a plus point as it was so close to the beach. But the cleanliness could be better. We found hairs and lipstick stains on the bed linens and pillows. Our work around was to request couple more clean linens and slept on top of them.”

“Top location, outstanding service from property host Tony! We were absolutely stunned from checking in and checking out. Tony honestly went above and beyond providing high quality service standards. He was in constant communication with us providing all valuable information relating to check-in, onsite parking, complimentary drink and snacks. Premises was very clean (Spotless including bathroom) with bed, bath, kitchen and living room along with fetch TV entertainment, free WIFI. I must say this……

“Our experience with the property manager and the unit itself was nothing short of brilliant and comfortable . The surrounding areas felt untidy and although new they did not look clean and inviting . We found Shell Harbour itself much better with restaurants and beaches etc ”

“The place was modern and clean. SAFE! Comfortable. Everything we needed. Excellent bathroom with plush towels (a face cloth would have been nice). Parking is secure but without a remote, it is a stretch to activate the opener from the right lane (we got use to it). The visitor parking spaces run out and you may need to park outside. A dedicated space would better. The construction noise across the street is 6 days a week and starts at 7am. However, it really didn’t bother us that much.……
