Goleta South Coast Railroad Museum Hotels

"The pool area and breakfast area were fine. The issue was getting are reservation changed without our knowledge. Upon arriving we were told we were "upgraded" to a King suite. What a joke! The room was large and awkward. The bed was a full size murphy bed. It was not even a queen size. We booked and paid for a room with 2 queens. It is too bad. The hotel seemed nice and clean but the "downgrade" ruined it. We travel to UCSB a couple times a month and were hoping to find a place to stay regularly. Unfortunately it will not be at the Best Western."

"The hotel is in a nice location about 15 minutes from Downtown Santa Barbara. It is beautifully decorated, staff was helpful and kind and the room was nice. "

"If you are just looking for a bed and a bathroom this is a good place to stay. I would book early so you don’t pay more than $100. "

"Great hotel. We spend a lot of time in Goleta and this is now my favorite go to property. Already booked for next stay. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and a great room if you have someone who snores. They slept on pull out couch. Windows are sound proof. Quiet location. Walking distance to Deans coffee and breakfast at hotel was great. Two Peloton bikes to use in gym. I don’t know why we had to pay for parking? 15$ a night and I felt like it was just a fee to charge you as the was no shortage of parking. They asked if I needed a parking pass, so assuming it was an up charge. Ask when checking in. "

"This is one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice.The living room/kitchen area is amazingly spacious. We were five adults and two children and the bedroom situation was perfect. Plenty of kitchen wares and bathroom towels.The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun.I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Santa Barbara area."

"We stayed at this beautiful home while celebrating my aunts 80th birthday. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the yard was beautiful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Had one little issue with the toilet seat and got an immediate response from the owner. "
