Sparkling clean and newly remodeled ranch with central air conditioning and hardwood floors. Large, updated eat-in kitchen with wet bar, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffeemaker. Property includes use of shared private tennis court. Other amenities include new washer and dryer, TV (one in living room, one in twin bedroom), WIFI, vinyl deck, gas grill, fully fenced yard, and patio table with umbrella and chairs.

Special Note: Home has streaming services only, no cable TV. Peacock (NBC) Paramount (CBS) Hulu (ABC)

Nice week
Beds a bit uncomfortable but I don’t expect luxurious mattresses either. Another tv would have come in handy and we couldn’t find lobster krackers. You are exposed to the neighbor behind you but they did have someone there measuring perhaps for a fence? It didn’t really bother us though at all. Excellent location and immaculate house

Great House
"Golden Girls" week with four friends in this very clean and nicely located house. It worked very well for us. Owner was very prompt when we had a small problem. Loved that it was a really short walk to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Close to grocery store, etc and only a short drive to Mayflower Beach which was wonderful. We had 4 really nice days to drive up, go to Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown and the beach. The last 3 days were raining and windy but there are plenty of things to do inside including Fritz Glass Blowing (highly recommended) and Edward Gorey Museum. Would maybe recommend a couple of games, puzzles, etc would be a nice touch for rainy days. Loved the decor and set up and kitchen was well equipped! Would definitely go again..

This house is beautiful inside but we felt like we were in a fishbowl sitting out on the deck. The neighbors, though friendly, are all very exposed. Overall, we liked this property and would likely stay again.
