「To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels.」

「The Snop House is in a quiet area of Senglea which is great because its only a 5 minute walk to the local restaurants or a 10 minute walk to Birgu waterfront where you'll find more restaurants and ferries to Valletta. The rooms in are clean and tidy, some have a window looking out the front and 2 at the back have a balcony looking down to the courtyard. But dont worry if you haven't got a balcony because the rooftop terrace is amazing looking over the three cities and Valletta. The staff are...
