“Staff were rude”

“The hotel was one of the nicest I've stayed at in quite some time and the staff was exceptional. The room was beautiful and clean and staff went out of their way time and time again during my stay to make sure things were ideal for me. When I arrived, they offered a glass of Prosecco before leading me up to my room. The vaulted ceilings made the already large rooms feel even bigger. Details such as welcome notes, bottled water (sparkling and still) and complimentary breakfast made the hotel feel……

“The hotel is wonderful. The view is good ! ”

“ホテルは清潔でバスローブが置いてあり良かったです。ただ、冷蔵庫がなく苦労しました。 予約してジャグジーに入ることができ、景色がいい中疲れを取ることができました。”

“Easy review. We came back later in our holiday. Still great place to relax”

“Very helpful and friendly host. We stayed in small studio room. Exactly how it looks in photo. High standard of fittings. Great location for walking to Birgu, ferry, buses and quiet streets of Bormla. Lovely touch of water and Prosecco upon arrival. Tv has all streaming services . Really enjoyed stay and would recommend. Great to be in an old house that’s been beautifully restored and even has small lift for luggage.”

“I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The location was superb, providing a perfect balance between easy access to major attractions and the tranquility of quieter neighborhoods. The accommodations were impeccable, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The experience was nothing short of exceptional,……

“地点好，员工不错。 城市中心老房子，住宿空气有局限性”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“The hotel is located in the heart of Valletta but we can hardly hear any noise from the street. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and full of options!”

“We are very pleased to have an early check-in after a long flight, so we can freshen up before going out to explore the city. The staff does a really good job. The hotel's location is also very good in all directions. The room with a balcony is quite interesting. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.”
