「The place was very clean, clean sheets , ac, right in front of the beach . A lot of restaurants , stores near by . Great ocean view, I will definitely stay here again .」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「Property itself and room was clean and mostly well maintained. Bathroom had some drainage issues in the shower. The biggest problem here is the lack of security in the parking area. You must pay for parking here and there are no cameras which is a major security issue in a high crime area like this one. Our car was broken into in this lot on this property and there was nothing that could be done due to the lack of cameras and security overall. Unless the property is planning on adding security...

「Suggest attention to litter in the landscape, rubbish containers could emptied more often near the pool, entry floor and glass doors could be cleaned more often, decor shelving on edges of lobby area were noticeably dusty. Litter on 4th floor hallways likely from the housekeeping carts.」

「The staff were helpful and professional. They were attentive to your needs. The breakfast could be better. The grits did not taste like grits. They tasted as if they were mixed with cream of wheat. The sausage did not taste like sausage. Additionally, the hotel should have lotion in the rooms. It has refillable containers with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. It should add a container with lotion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return when we have an opportunity to do so.」

「The hotel was great. The rooms were clean for the most part. The floors weren't vacuumed well enough. I saw bits of garbage behind a chair and on the bathroom floor. The front desk was great. However, when I checked in I wasn't informed of the bar's specials for the week. I don't know if they weren't offered over the weekend but I overheard someone who was checking in on Monday being told that there was some bar special later that evening. I didn't want to pry, so I never inquired about it, but...
