You are within walking distance of the banks of Rio Grande, near several convenience stores, and six miles from downtown South Fork. The charming town of South Fork is the perfect home base for Colorado adventures, including fishing, skiing, hiking, ATVing, road biking, snowmobiling, and much more. Approximately 23 miles away is Wolf Creek Ski Area.

This fantastic rustic retreat provides you and your beloved family and friends with incredible outdoor spaces, including a firepit with several seats and an extensive second-floor deck with an outdoor dining area and a propane grill, ideal for warm-weather barbecues. Both spots enjoy splendid views of the valley and mountains. Unwind at the end of the day with a dip in the hot tub.

The first floor of this charming home boasts a spacious rec room with a huge sectional in front of an equally large smart TV with streaming and cable services, a foosball table, a convenient table with several chairs, entertaining board games for your family board game night, and a set of rocking chairs in front of a wood stove. This spot is great for movie nights, game nights, or simply relaxing by the fire reading a great book. This level also offers a secluded bedroom.

The main living space and three additional bedrooms can be found upstairs. The living area is the gathering place by choice with wall-to-wall windows letting in endless natural light and allowing you to admire the views of the mountains, comfortable sofa recliners, a gorgeous rock wood-burning fireplace to keep you nice and warm during the colder days, and a smart TV with cable and streaming services. Let your family and friends kick back and relax while you treat them to delicious homemade meals or snacks prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Off the kitchen is a washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
