「In short, this place is amazing. Theres so much room to bring large groups, it makes the affordability outstanding. If you're looking for a mountain lodge just outside of town for large family or friend groups, this has it all. Every room was equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and theres ping pong and shuffleboard for kids and adults. Two large hot tubs sit out back and the surroundings are nice and quiet. 「This is a great house for families. Everything you need for a stay in the mountains and close to everything. Awesome views and neighborhood and easy access from the highway. Over 4 feet of snow came during our stay and it was cold! Someone came to plow the circle drive and in front of the garage each morning. We had to shovel the steps from the house down to the garage/driveway. We were glad to have access to a garage with all the snow. The hot tub was an excellent bonus! Only recommendation...

「The house is fantastic with amazing views. It is a little way from Steamboat we drove in so this was not a problem. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The primary bed is very tall and requires step stool. The kitchen is well stocked and well laid out. We did take a Keurig and Nespresso. The game room was very nice for the teens. We did have trouble with the fireplace in the TV room. You must use the firestarters and there were not left for us. Once...

「The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to...

「We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. We are already thinking about when we can come back! 」

「We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!」

「This cabin provided just what we needed for a long weekend ski trip! Had everything we needed and felt very homey. Love the pellet stove. Super close to Steamboat for a steal of a price! Could definitely see our group staying here again! Gary was very helpful during the check-in process and a quick responder when needed.」

「Our family spent a wonderful month at Timbers Preserve. The home is beautiful,spacious, well-stocked and very clean. The views are incredible. It is off the beaten path, which we loved, but an easy drive into town.」
