「The hotel was clean and convenient for our early flight, but our stay was significantly disrupted by loud noise from the room next door in the middle of the night. It seemed to come from an adjoining door, and we were unable to sleep because of it. I understand this may not always be within the hotel’s control, but it did affect our experience.」

Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. 「Total misrepresentation of the property. The picture in the listing is not of that property. False advertising at best. There's no second bed availability, because the sleeping sofa is not suitable for sleeping at all. Even if it was, there was no second set of bedding available. Floors were dirty, there was not even one hook or bar to hang a towel in the bathroom. Communication with the management is non-existant. Nobody answers nor returns calls.
