“The fridge was not stocked at all, not even with a bottle of water. The toiletries were very minimal in the bath. They also took a security deposit which was way more than any other hotel we’ve been at. When we checked out, I was informed that it would take 5 to 10 days to get the refund back on my credit card, which is totally unacceptable. They should’ve put the refund on immediately on checkout.”

“Other than the cold breakfast, this hotel is perfect. Clean, amazing bed and duvet, lake view, high flow waterfall shower, quiet location. Very restful.”

“The building layout was extremely odd and confusing. Our room was very small, making it difficult to get around in, especially for an older couple like us. Our tv just stopped working after a couple hours. And the expensive buffet dinner was definitely not worth the money. All in all, it was disappointing and not what we expected, but we got a nights sleep and a shower.”

“Pool water was cold and nice to small kids and families with little children who visit the parc omega stay in ontario. Location is in industrial area but five min drive to all things that u need including beautiful lake and park which is well kept. 470 main st e is a beautiful church and u can walk to the park from that church”

“The hotel staff was kind, breakfast had good options. In general the hotel itself is very old and has a musty smell from the lobby to the rooms. I would not stay here again mainly because of this reason.”

“The staff were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the room was quite disappointing. While it appeared reasonably clean, some of the bedding was stained and there was a strong unpleasant odor ( ancient cigarette smoke, I imagine) that only dissipated slightly with the air conditioner on blast. It appeared that renovations had been done recently, but definitely could have been done more professionally. The overall ambience was a bit sad, to be honest. Not bad for the price, overall, but……

“The Cornwall Comfort Inn was very nice and comfortable.. The one negative was our request for a ground floor room was not available.. The staff was very helpful and the location of the property was handy to restaurants and gas stations. We booked rooms at 4 different Comfort Inns during our holiday trip and the Cornwall location was above average compared to the others, especially Edmunston, which was definitely well below par.”
