Excellent Location & Fantastic Views!

The location of this property is phenomenal! Great neighborhood with a close, easy walk to downtown & the beach where there is also a playground and nice splashpad for kids. We can't say enough about how great it was to watch the boats go by and seeing sunsets from any of the 3 different level decks. The house itself is a little dated and could use some minor fixes, but nothing that stopped us enjoying ourselves and doing everything we needed to do at the house. We are a family of 5 (two under 10 and a 16 year old) and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and safely explore the surroundings!

Father’s Day Weekend Getaway

The location was perfect…the decks provided spectacular sunsets. The AC did not work, and the repair service could not get it to work properly. However portable room units were provided and the house cooled down sufficiently. Besides the house being 82 degrees our first night, we had a wonderful time!
